honestly i feel helpless when it comes to relationships. Ive always seen myself as a pretty good person to be with. im 17 and ive only had 5 boy friends 4 out of them have cheated on me does that mean there might possibly be something wrong with me?. is it weird that i still talk to most of them? i mean it is possible to forgive but never forget right? or am i just being weak?. i just have this thing where i can talk to my exes and be civil, that doesnt mean i will ever trust them again with anything. Anyways i have been single for over a year, it was good at first, nice and refreshing but in that time i have made this picture perfect guy that i keep telling myself i have to be with in order to be happy. i keep thinking hes out there and ill someday find him but until i do i keep rejecting everyone who is interested in me and im getting frusterated and soooo impatient

Just wait until you are ready. Some guys cheat. Sometimes people mess up and sometimes second chances arent too bad but if it happens again drop then. they just weren’t right for you. Just dont give it up to anyone. The special guy who respects you will wait. Try not to regret anything tho, because at the time its exactly what your wanted. And also by walking away is a good thing, you didnt let them see it bothered you. I talk to alot of my ex’s who we broke up for diff reasons even cause some cheated on me but whatever your obviously werent meant to be together. There’s nothing wrong with being single. And those boys that you dated were 4 out of 5 times cheaters right? So how about dating different men? Getting a different type guy might help spark your interest in finding Mr.Right because he may be one, or give you the kind of hope that their are men out there that are good guys and don’t cheat. Try being more patient and raise the bar.

You are only 17 and you sound like you are throwing in the towel. You are so young and have your entire life ahead of you. I myself have stayed "friends" with some of my ex’s. I was with this guy for a few years, about 5 years past. We split, he was with some floozy chick and now him and I are back together and I will tell you its tough cuz the "trust factor" is not all entirely there, (especially since she called me and told me that they just got through "doing it") oh ya, that was a nice night for me. Why does a man cheat? because they can. (LOL) Lets face it, out of 100 guys I’d say at least 70 would cheat if they could. That doesn’t necessarily mean they don’t love their g/f, wife or who ever their "partner" is but its just a thing of having somebody different, its like having fillet mignon every night is great, but after so long you’d die for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, now is peanut butter and jelly better than the finest cut of meat? of course not but its different. Personally, I myself think that when 2 people are commited to one another there is NO reason for cheating. That is the one thing that I cannot forgive nor forget. I think cheating should be treated like stealing is in some countries, you steal, your hand gets cut off, well you cheat (LOL) guess what gets cut off? ha!
A perfect guy? now that is a tough one. If there is a guy that is perfect for you then the case is settled, there is no such things are a "perfect guy" or perfect girl for that matter. In my opinion, forgiveness is great because you don’t turn bitter and resentful. would anyone know how old this bottle of perfume is?
I have found a very old aerosol bottle of estee lauder youth dew eau de parfum, (it was in an old box that was stored in the attic, it was probably from an elderly relatives belongings,) it still has perfume in it, smells ok, the bottle is a sort of ’solid but soft feel plastic’ in a turquoise blue colour with a gold colour lid with the estee lauder design imprinted on the top, 5" tall, it states contents 2oz, i say it probably dates to the 1960s as it has the weight as 2ozs my sister feels it is from the 1980s does anyone know anything about perfume from those times? considering it is an old bottle i am surprised it smells reasonable now.
i have contacted the makers and they are going to get back to me with the age of the bottle, i gave them the serial number on the bottom.

They still sell it now, though they might have updated the bottle. I seem to recall it from years ago and would definitely say it’s older than the 80’s.
Maybe somebody on ebay would like it!

I wore "Youth Dew" when I worked in London in the 60’s and recall the bottle you describe. It has a particularly pungent and recongizable scent, in addition to being a very dark brown liquid which produced dark stains on light colored fabrics - particularly blouse collars. It was the "in" perfume to wear at that time for young females trying to appear older by wearing a headier scent, and we probably collectively asphyxiated most of the personnel working with us. Ah, those were the heady days.

Historical greatness is your "what else", it is waiting for the winner of the Pacquiao/Mayweather bout, the money and titles are irrelevant, this one is much bigger than that. Some would argue that Manny Pacquiao has already achieve it, but a victory over Mayweather ends any arguments, Manny will stand unchalledged and acknowledged by all, even his critics as the best of the era.

Windows Vista Mouse Pointer Problem.?
I am running Windows Vista Business. I have it on my laptop and I have a moniter pluged into it to have a dual screen with the same thing projected on both. When I leave for a little while , even if I log off, lock, or put the computer to sleep, when come back, I can’t see the mouse pointer, I can move it and click on things as if it were there, but you don’t see it. Could you tell me why it is doing this and how to fix it, or how to make the pointer reapear?
Try shutting down instead of ’sleeping’ or right click an empty area of the desktop (if you can, lol) and choose Refresh.

sounds like a graphic driver issue, perhaps, look & see if there are new drivers for your video card.
or when it happens right click on desktop & Select mouse settings. It might spring to life if you change a setting.

Why do you think people get this two names completely mixed up?
I’ve noticed a common theme around here.
People are mistakenly calling Gabrielle a BOYS name.
Gabrielle (gah-bree-EL) is a feminine girls name. it’s the feminine form of Gabriel which is the correct spelling for the masculine boys name.
Gabrielle (gah-bree-EL)-Gabriel (gay-bree-EL)…..there is a difference in pronunciation.
Why do people get these mixed up?
I cannot tell you how many times i’ve seen people say "Gabrielle is a boys name, Gabriella is a girls name"….but it’s not. lol i promise people Gabrielle is the feminine form of Gabriel. ((Much in the same way that Michel (mee-SHEL) is the masculine French boys name and Michelle (meh-SHEL) is the feminine variant of it.))
Rupret….maybe not, but i’d rather my children not hate me for all eternity because i gave them a ridiculous name.
Honestly, sometimes i think people need an IQ test before naming their kids…or better yet, before having them!
ughhhh I think about half of the baby name section answerers are gender confused, so that does not surprise me at all.
I never saw somebody get mixed up in a name like that yet. All i have seen is people asking about naming their daughters things like Ryan and Cadence.

Well they are close.
But also it really doesn’t matter. You can spell the name any way you choose, even if it is based on a mistake. Hell, you could purposely name a boy a girls name or vice-versa. They don’t have spell check on your birth certificate.

I think some people get confused with the spelling and maybe they do not hear the names often. Maybe it boils down to exposure?Or, they do not realize that the feminine form has the ‘gah’ sound in it as they have not heard it
I am like this with the names Kerry and Carrie.I asked why people think they are the same name as it absolutely befuddles me (befuddles seemed fitting for how I feel). All I can say is I got a lot of people cross with me lol and telling me to get my facts straight. I actually thought it was funny

It could also boil down to accents. I have noticed that those who are from different regions or different countries will say the same name differently based purely on accent.There will be a different emphasis or the changing of a short ‘a’ sound or a long ‘a’ sound

I have no idea how anyone could get Gabrielle and Gabriel muddled up. I haven’t actually seen anyone calling Gabrielle a boy’s name myself, but you’re right - the two names have totally different sounds to them. It’s like Noel (Nole) and Noelle (No-Elle). :]

Where I am, the difference in punctuation is much more distinguished so it’s harder (pretty much impossible, really) for people to make that mistake.
